I did some experiments communicating with a Polar F55 HRM in Linux and trying to understand the used protocol. The information remains even though I updated to RS400 which stores the heart rate values to memory. I record most of my activities like the image below.
See my heart rate data and trips (in Finnish). Below is the route for one of my bicycling trips.
Most of my drawings can be seen on my flickr page.
A printable bent game board for the game of Y, a close relative to the game of Hex. The board was modeled as point masses connected by springs in two dimensions, initialized as concentric circles for fast and guaranteed convergence. The resulting ODEs were solved in the Matlab programming language (code). The board is also in SVG, EPS and PDF formats.
I wrote a small application in AS3 for learning the pronunciation of the Arabic alphabet.
I put up a bookshelf for the books I'm trying to get rid of.
