Life?

Life beyond drudgery of studying. Uhm yeah, well I try to maintain a reasonable facade of a real life *cough*

That being synonymous with an occasional night out with friends, sometimes best way to get rid of modern stresses is to make sure they get forgotten for an evening, so sometime a good hard reset of the old brain is in order, despite that I'm trying to work on keeping a more healthy lifestyle

 

But, alas, it is not that easy.. one does grow old :-) and it is not helped that old friends, well atleast not all of them can keep up (As if I could that well either, but I try)

It's far too easy just to stay home, get a girlfriend, settle down, relax... and then to get numb.

Hell no, I've successfully stayed alive for the past decades and have no intention of giving up until I have to. So until then, I'll be young, free and single (If not alway all of those at once, but one does try)

Since present can be understood clearly only if one knows past. So on this page I'll drop in pictures of good things of past, since pictures of the future are hard to come by, atleast in any format readily convertable to the web.

I admit to one vice of older age, since my friends cannot be lured into ruthless drinking and partying as often..or as hard as we used to, we do sometimes go out with my younger brother, reminds me of the old times I tell you, besides our relationship is not the standard 'I hate you brother' kind.. for most of the time atleast or for the time being :)

I guess I'll add a bunch of pictures from past and present. First one is the next morning after 1st of May ('93) (And all the action preceeding it.. all it all it is a major even in a students year, perhaps the only time of year one can hit the 6+ mark in party days.) though didn't get to enjoy the sun for long...


Torre Vieja summer of.. ummm '92 maybe. A week of hot sun and women. Really a rather relaxed little trip, Jarkko on the left, Christoffer on the right and Jukka behind camera ;-)

Then some other Wappu (=1st of May.. and a couple of days around it) pictures.. (Well one picture actually) In '96 I succeeded in taking atleast one good (Rather surreal) picture which can be shown to people without upsetting your stomach. It's not that painful situation as it looks actually.. :)

 

Note the excellent one-arm-one-picture technique employed in taking the picture. It has been perfected even further in the years gone buy :-)
